This privacy policy explains how Errachidia Car Rental (Bloc 13 N 1158 Lot, Garage, Errachidia 52000, Morocco · +212 647 470 387 · booking@errachidiacarrental.com) collects and uses your personal data when you visit errachidiacarrental.com, book a car or contact us.

1. Data we collect

Booking requests: your name, email, phone number, address, rental dates, pick-up and drop-off locations, the car and options you choose, flight number if you give it, and any document you upload (for example a copy of your driving licence).
At pick-up: the details of your driving licence and passport or ID card, written on the rental agreement, and payment and deposit information.
Contact form, phone, email and WhatsApp: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe.
Website use: technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, and cookies (see section 5).

2. Why we use your data

To answer your questions and manage your booking, rental, payment and deposit.
To prepare and sign the rental agreement and meet our legal, insurance and accounting obligations.
To handle accidents, traffic fines or damage linked to the rental.
To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email.
To keep the website secure and working properly.

We never sell your personal data.

3. Who can receive your data

Our team, to manage your rental.
Our insurer and the authorities (police, courts) when required by law, for example after an accident or a traffic offence.
The service providers that run our website and tools: web hosting, email, our newsletter service (Mailchimp) and payment providers. They process data only on our behalf.
Google, when you view the embedded map or the Google reviews shown on our pages, and WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to contact us there.

Some of these providers are located outside Morocco. They are used only to provide the services above.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep booking and rental data for as long as needed to manage the rental and then for the period required by Moroccan law (for example for accounting and insurance). Messages from the contact form are deleted when they are no longer needed. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work, for example to remember your language and the content of your booking. Embedded content from other websites (such as Google Maps or Google reviews) may set its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, such as the booking form, may then not work correctly.

6. Security

Our website uses a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to your data is limited to the people who need it to manage your rental.

7. Your rights

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data, and the GDPR for visitors from the European Union, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. To do so, email booking@errachidiacarrental.com. In Morocco, you can also contact the national data protection authority (CNDP).
